How I work (concierge, message-first)
  • Message-first for speed, discretion, and flexibility. When helpful, I’ll add a quick voice note, a short Loom video, or a brief call if you’d like.
  • In-the-moment support for real life. Text me when you’re deciding, doubting, or derailing. I’ll send the next best step (clear, doable, kind).
  • Ongoing support most days. I read messages most days and reply as soon as I can. If something feels time-sensitive, add “PRIORITY.”
  • Weekly review: tiny adjustments that compound. Week after week, your plan quietly becomes more “you,” fitting your schedule, energy, travel, preferences, and needs.
When to text me (examples)
  • Two-menu dilemma between meetings: send A/B. I’ll pick one and add a tiny tweak.
  • Cravings or stress: text the feeling. I’ll send a 30-sec reset and one kind action.
  • Low energy before a workout: I’ll give you a 5-minute version to get started.
  • Hotel/airport food: send options. I’ll text back a simple order strategy.
  • Program tweak on the fly: “A or B for best return today?” I’ll pick the highest-leverage move.
  • Can’t sleep (even late-night): text “awake.” If I’m online, I’ll send a 5-minute wind-down. Otherwise I’ll reply first thing with a simple morning plan.
  • Heavy day (anxious or low): text one word for the feeling. I’ll send one kind step you can do now plus a 30-sec breathing reset. Lifestyle coaching only—not therapy. If you’re in crisis, contact your clinician or local helpline.
